To add your signature to the system, go to your User dropdown menu (far right menu item, your initials), and select "Change My Signature":

In the next window you can sign the signature field with your cursor:

Tips:

Make your signature as large as possible to fill the space
If you have a tablet available (or other touch screen device), you may have better luck using the that to add your signature.
