If you have forgotten your password or want to update it, there are two easy ways to reset:
"Forgot Password" link on the main login page
You must setup Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Password Recovery Email before proceeding with this option. Once those are both setup for your account, you can use the "Forgot Password" link on the main login page to reset your password on your own.
Another user sets a temporary password for you
If you have forgotten your password, you can have another user in your practice go to Admin > Manage > Users (they would need to have a permission level that allows them to do so), and reset your password for you by opening up your user profile and resetting it there. They could verbally tell you your new password. Then you would login with that password and go to the far right menu item (your initials), and Select "Change My Password". Please change it to something secure.
We highly recommend using a Password Manager to keep track of your passwords. At Cerbo we use 1Password and find it very helpful!
If you are a solo provider, or other users are unavailable, you can call or email us at our support line (541-391-4600 or [email protected]). We will then call you back at the number(s) we have on file for your practice to tell you half the password. We would then email the other half of the password to the email address listed in your user profile in Cerbo. Again, as soon as you log in with that new password, you will need to go to the far right menu item (your initials), and Select "Change My Password". Please change it to something secure.
