Cerbo comes with default text for emails that are sent to patient's email accounts regarding different actions in Cerbo or the Patient Portal. Below are the default emails, any words within {{}} will be replaced with your practice's information. This text can be modified, just email your implementation manager or [email protected] with the changes you would like.
*The new appointment notification email and the appointment reminder email can be edited by you within Cerbo.
Registration Confirmation Email:

New Encounter Summary available:

Your provider has completed a new visit note summary, which is now available on your patient portal under the tab: My Visit Summaries.
