This article describes how to set up and use terminal devices like a Lane/3000/5000 or Clover Mini from Propelr/CardPointe within Cerbo.


Connect the device to the Internet:


Afterwards, send an email to support@cer.bo. If you are adding a new device, or using multiple devices, please also send an email and include a nickname for each device with the first four numbers of each serial number.


Our support team will respond once the terminal is ready for use in Cerbo. It will be an option when accepting a payment in the EHR.



Tips / Gratuity

If you would like to accept tips/gratuity, send a request to support@cer.bo. We will create a new charge called Tips and add an additional checkbox to request a tip amount at the terminal.
