Overview
This integration allows you to import products from WholeScripts directly into your supplement database (this includes a handful of supplement brands, such as XYMOGEN), as well as import charges and inventory items for those products. You can also view a patient's recommendation history in WholeScripts and create new recommendations directly from Cerbo.

To get started, log into Cerbo and go to Admin > Manage > Integrations > WholeScripts and enter your account login that you use for logging into your WholeScripts account:
Once you enter your credentials and click activate, the window should refresh and you should see your account appear, indicating that your integration is successfully activated!
Importing WholeScripts Products into your Cerbo Database
To import products from WholeScripts, go to Admin > Manage > Integrations > WholeScripts and click on the import link that you see here:
This will open in a new window, with options to search the entire WholeScripts product list or filter by brand/category. Once you make a selection and are taken to step 2, please read all warnings and information carefully before proceeding with the import.
Once you complete the import, these supplements will display under Admin > Manage > Alternate Plan Options with the purple WholeScripts icon next to them (to the right of the name), as well as an inventory icon (to the left of the name) if you also selected that as an option from the import tool:
Patient Recommendations
Important Note:
WholeScripts identifies patients by email address, meaning no two patients can share an email in their system.
This means that if you have multiple patients in Cerbo under the same email address (for example, a mother and her son) then you will only be able to recommend WholeScripts products to one of these patients. To recommend for both, you would need to update their charts in Cerbo first so that each has a unique email address.
Similarly, WholeScripts only allows a patient to be setup under one provider account.
This means that if your patient sees a different doctor in a different office who has already recommended products to them in WholeScripts, you will not be able to create recommendations for this patient under that same email address. For further questions about these restrictions, please contact your WholeScript representative.

Create New Recommendations
To create a new recommendation in WholeScripts for a patient, check the boxes of the supplements you would like to recommend from the patient's supplements block (you will need to add them here first, if you haven't already) and then select Manage Checked > Recommend in WholeScripts:
As you can see in the above photo, "Andrographis" has the WholeScripts icon next to it (meaning it's already matched to it's corresponding WholeScripts product) but "Potassium Trace Minerals" does not (meaning it has NOT been mapped to a WholeScripts product yet). You will see the option to match a product to a WholeScript product for any items that have not been mapped yet:
If you leave any supplements unmatched, they will be left off your recommendation.
Make any product matches that you need, select an account/referral code to send the recommendation under, add all dosing instructions and messages to your patient, and then click SEND! You should see a confirmation message letting you know that it has been sent (if you see this, it means that it is now in WholeScripts' system and their system should also send an email notification to the patient, with instructions for viewing and purchasing your recommended products).
